Change to Marketing Stories Blog Posting
Since we started our new approach to offering Marketing Stories we have received nice feedback from marketing professionals, teachers and students. One of the recommendations offered by several site visitors regarding the Marketing Stories we post in the Blog is that we should post each story individually rather than lumping several stories into a single posting which is our current approach. They offer good reasons for this including that it is easier to share a specific story with others and that it is easier to locate a story within our Archive area.
Another advantage we see for listing these individually is that this approach could help generate comments for a specific posting rather than trying to respond to a single story that is contained within a posting having several stories.
So beginning today we’ll move to single topic blog postings. In most cases this means postings are for individual Marketing Stories but we may also have more than one story included if these cover the same topic. We realize the downside is that a few more RSS feeds will show up but from all accounts the benefits should outweigh these extra postings.
Also, please be aware that we post more stories to the Marketing Stories area than we highlight in the Blog. So while we may only get to 6-10 stories a week in the Blog, more are sure to be posted.
