You can't seem to avoid the Twitter hype. It is everywhere. Television, radio, print and, of course, the Internet. But many, including myself, have questioned how exactly this site will make money. More than likely any real money will require businesses buy into the Twitter business model. But right now few businesses know much about Twitter and fewer know how it can help their own business.
To educate businesses, Twitter has released Twitter 101, essentially a primer for understanding how Twitter can help businesses. It is pretty interesting information and worth a few minutes of a marketer's time, though the questions of long term chances of success may still remain.
